I had a mixed experience during my stay. The property had a great location, making it easy to explore the vibrant downtown area of Palm Springs. The room we stayed in was spacious and had a unique layout that suited our needs. However, we encountered some cleanliness issues upon arrival, and the pool was undergoing maintenance, which was quite disappointing. Overall, it was a decent stay but with some notable drawbacks.

The hotel features a warm and inviting atmosphere with very friendly staff who are always ready to help. The pool area is spacious and enjoyable, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. However, I was disappointed that the gym was quite small and lacked adequate equipment. Also, the communication about pool access with nearby hotels caused quite a bit of frustration during our visit.
